During my interview with Ariadne Sawyer, of Vancouver Co-op Radio’s the World Poetry Reading Series, on 4 May, (http://worldpoetry.ca/?p=11765), I was asked about my plans as regards my forthcoming collection of poetry, “My Old Clock I Wind And Other Poems”. Ariadne’s question prompted me to get my skates on, as it brought home the fact that I had given little thought to the idea of a physical (real world) launch of “My Old Clock”.
The pub is within easy reach of rail and bus connections, it being approximately 25 minutes from London Victoria to Gipsy Hill or Crystal Palace stations.
I will, of course post further details once the arrangements are confirmed. If you have any queries in the meantime, please contact me at newauthoronline (at) gmail dot com. (The address is rendered in this manner to defeat spam).
Yesterday evening (Thursday 4 May), I was privileged to appear on Vancouver Co-op Radio’s The World Poetry Reading Series, to talk about my forthcoming collection of poetry, “My Old Clock I Wind And Other Poems”.
The programme also includes me reading from “My Old Clock I Wind”.
My thanks to Ariadne Sawyer and all at Vancouver Co-op Radio for making this interview possible.
I am pleased to announce that I shall be appearing on Vancouver Co-op Radio (http://www.coopradio.org/), on Thursday 4 May, to talk about my soon to be released collection of poetry, “My Old Clock I Wind and Other Poems”.

I am delighted to report that 2 of my poems where featured on the World Poetry Reading Series, a weekly programme hosted by Vancouver Co-Op Radio. The show was broadcast on Thursday 9 March. I am grateful to Ariadne Sawyer for kindly including my poetry. To listen to the programme please visit http://worldpoetry.ca/?p=11601. On Thursday 29 January the World Poetry Reading Series featured an interview with me, during which I read several of my poems. For my previous appearance on Vancouver Co-Op Radio please visit http://worldpoetry.ca/?p=11413.
I would like to extend my thanks to Ariadne, Neil and everyone at Vancouver Co-Op Radio for making the interview happen.
(Note: I was originally scheduled to be interviewed on Thursday 12 January. However due to an issue with my telephone line the interview did not take place. It was not until the point at which I got through to Vancouver Co-Op Radio, on the evening of Thursday 26 January, that I knew for certain that the issue with my line had been rectified by TalkTalk and I would, definitely be on air.
Not wishing to disappoint my readers by advertising the event only to find that it could not take place, I thought it best to wait until the interview had occurred and post a podcast of my appearance subsequently).
I was delighted to learn that Ariadne, from Vancouver Co-op Radio (http://www.coopradio.org/content/world-poetry-cafe-2), has kindly agreed to read one of my poems, during her programme, which airs between 1-2 pm on Thursday 8 December. Ariadne presents the World Poetry Reading Series (http://worldpoetry.ca/), a regular feature on Vancouver Co-op Radio. I am grateful to Ariadne and Vancouver Co-op Radio for this opportunity.
I will, at a later date be interviewed by Ariadne on her programme. Once details are known I will post them here.
